I'd prefer to pay someone to decorate for us, my wife disagrees, so if I going to do it, I want to do it right.
1. New, primed mdf skirting board. I assume this just needs a couple of coats of satinwood and no extra primer? If so, any recommended satinwood paints?
2. Painting radiators; do they need sanding down first? I assume they need priming, should I use special radiator paint or just the same as the skirting boards?
3. Interior window sills, as above, I assume they need sanding and priming? Can I use the same primer for the window sills and radiators or are different needed?
Any other hints or tips before I start?
