I have wall lights to put in block walls wired in pairs so 6 can be switched in 2s. vaulted ceilings with not much room but my question is:-
is it permitted to have JBs behind the kingspan between the joists or should I use ceiling roses hidden in the small void and 1mm T+E or flex looped to each pair of fittings ?
I'm ok for the circuit diagrams just the physicaal location of the JBs or roses?

JBs, roses and other items with screwed terminals are only allowed when they are accessible.
Buried in Kingspan and plastered over does NOT constitute ACCESSIBLE.

Use small boxes (architrave) behind each light and put the junction there.

It should not be necessary to uise any JBs when carrying out electrical wiring. If you just have to then you can use so called "maintenance free" items such as WAGO.

yep got it.
I'll loop cable runs back in the chases instead. Wago stuff interesting though !

thanks for that
