Don't be silly I've done it loads of times I just get a weak pulse rapid breathing, muscle cramps, intense thirst and fatigue.

I was young and luckily extremely fit at the time, believe it or not I only had a t shirt on and was covered in snow

My favourite beer when I am driving is Stella Artois alcohol free.
Better than many alcoholic beers.

9 out 10 Wife's surveyed said they prefer Stella Artois alcohol free., than the full strength Stella.

They said its hard to beat .

Absolutely, although my t shirt was a very expensive one so probably saved me

The ones I've seen, yes iirc.

Tesco also sell zero spiced rum which, again iirc, is pretty much zero calories as well.

Yes, but unless he was drinking an awful lot of beer, making that switch isn't going to have much effect. Unless as a knock-on it means he no longer buys all those doner kebabs and chip naans.

Very true, losing weight is like body building , it takes commitment and a life change

One alcohol free one gave me a worse headache than Stella does!!
