Best method of fixing wiring in this situation?

I want to wire a telephone extention to my loft.

However, how do you secure/clip the wire to the wall when you have wall tiles? (image attached)

Could i attach the wire to the downpipe and secure using plastic wire ties?

Yes that's the best idea to fix to the pipe.

BTW, they've invented cordless phones now.

I'm going to install a telephone socket in the loft, so that i can keep the modem in there
