I've been on the hunt for a Ford Ranger; I've been looking on the expected sites ebay, auto-trader but I'm not sure if I should be looking elsewhere. I find AutoTrader is swamped with finance and HP dealers who want to sell you debt more than a motor and ebay is just filled with dreamers after nearly- new money for motors with 100k on the clock.

Saw one last week that I thought was a bargain on Gumtree. Turned out to be a scam. Missed a nice one Saturday, I was up at the crack of dawn to head out to probably buy it only to discover it had been sold the day before

What about the auctions then? I’ve never been but I know there are some huge ones.
