Hi my bathroom Walls are covered in some form of sheet material with a marble effect that was in when I bought house, when i try to seal the bath the sealant only lasts a few weeks before peeling away any advice on best sealant to use to stop this happening!

Don't put new over old. Remove all old, clean area thoroughly allow to dry and reseal.

It's lack of cleaning that prevents adhesion, as Jarvis stated.
