Best thing to paint pine picnic bench with?

got a picnic bench made out of pressure treated pine in my garden, I've decided I don't like the greying colour it's going so wondered what is the best thing to stain/paint it with.

Don't want to create a maintenance issue so ideally something that weathers evenly without flaking.
