Best way to remove old floor tiles?

Yo, started work on the bathroom today, managed to chip all the old tiles off the walls and rip out the .... well everything.

Started to chip the tiles from the floor and they are a pain to remove. I'm using big hammer and chisel, open to any other ideas to make this easier and also how do you remove the old grout? They tiled onto the floor directly nothing under there.... great fun
