The big button on thermostat will no longer turn and click. I’ve only had this 2 years. Does anyone know if this can be fixed please.

It's a first generation Hive. If the dial isn't responding then it's goosed I'm afraid.

Check the batteries, only use good quality Alkaline batteries like Duracell, dont use cheap ones
