MY BIASI 24S COMBI BOILER DOES NOT FIRE UP ON HOT WATER(OK ON C/H SIDE), BUT IF I PULL THE MAGNETIC FLOW SWITCH SENSOR FORWARD SLIGHTLY ON THE FLOW SWITCH SO THE RED LIGHT COMES, ON IT WORKS,CAN ANY ONE HELP.

Beware i've just found out today from biasi that the pcb is obsolete

He is talking about an M90 !!

They were only brought out in 2002 !!!

Your problem is because the magnetic shuttle is not moving. Its a CORGI engineer job but can probably be cleaned up without any spare parts.

PS The M90 PCB has been replaced with one suitable for either the M90 or the M96.

There is however an early M90 PCB with a wider pot shaft spacing for which the M96 PCB is not a replacement.
