Biasi 24s On/Off Switch broken

Seen some old messages about this - the "on/off/timer" switch is broken and I need a new one. Any idea where I can get one and how easy they are to change?

Part no. BI1015000 for slider, google it.

Easy for me to change but some of my customers struggle with a light switch.
