I have a fault on my biasi combi boiler, it will not respond to any of the control buttons, carnt even turn it off without switching it at the spur. it appears the pump & fan are running but with no flame. Carnt get my gas engineer out till monday, any ideas to pass on to him would be very helpful. This boiler is only 3 years old. Ta
