we have Biasi M96A- 24S which has suddenly stopped there are not lights on, there is power, and the fuses are OK, and the PCB has been replaced, and the boiler does still not work

Why was the PCB replaced?

the plumber had been in and checked the boiler over, the power was on and fuses ok and concluded the PCB was at fault

does this model have more than one pcb, like say a driver pcb as well as a main pcb?

It has only one PCB

Has every point where power arrives been checked with a multimeter from fused spur, LNE points and through the on/off selector? Check left status light closely, they can look off when viewed from above angle.

yes, a but the LEDS including the lock up lamp do not light up

What points have been checked with a voltage tester other than the incoming LNE terminal?
