Big bang v creation.

so once upon a time something was floating about in space,

No.
There was no space or time before the big bang.

we all know or relise, that space is endless,it has no end. so your saying that
absolute nothing, started the big bang.and space, so an explosion, made all this beautifull earth, whith all its abundant life, and variaty, and the beauty of the skys, the sunsets, sunrises, the blueness of the sea. the beauty of man,and women, and children, and life. and it was becuase of an explosion.

The big bang was not an explosion. It was an expansion of space through time. Remember, before the big bang, there was no space or time.

As no time existed, it would be wrong to think of what could have started it, as that suggests linear time, where something kick starts it.

Your description of the world is an emotional one. Applying emotion to such questions will not give the the correct answers, as you don't seem to want to accept what science has discovered.

Investing emotion into an idea leads to a dogmatic approach to ideas, and can block out the truth. Truths that science has varified with maths, measurement, and experimentation.

A fundamental scientific argument is that all effects must have a cause. Bit difficult for you that one isn't it? In a universe that has no cause.

bnb reply is
err, so the big bang was an expansion of space and time, so before the big bang there was no space or time, so are you saying there was absolutly nothing, before the big bang.
so nothing made nothing, becuase there was nothing to be made and nothing could happen then bang.

that makes sense

Joe, you were the one that stated there was a singularity with "No Substance" therefore it follows Wobs has picked up on this. Now you dare to question Wobs on the "there was nothing before" ????

I'm glad you think I educated Wobs.

I think they're tottering around the ideas and suggestions that allow science to explore and then prove things..

Yet you religious mob still try to insist that a woman had a virgin birth !!!

Take a look at yourself before you try to run down people with great exploratory minds !!

The bible/koran have nothing to do with God. God is impossible to comprehend, god is everything that ever was or ever will be - unless you can prove differently (he won't).

If you can't understand the statement then you've got some reading to do.
It's often termed the 'oneness of the universe'.

The bible/koran have nothing to do with God.
So what is the purpose of god or the purpose of faith in god if you have no idea what the faith means or how you should exercise it? Without the bible god has no meaning. It is just a title given to an event when space and time began.
