Blink doorbell existing chime with built in transformer

Hi All, I have installed a blink doorbell wired but the existing chime will not ring - I believe due to not enough power. The difficulty is the transformer is built into the chime.

Any ideas on how I can replace transformer but have a working chime on pressing the button?

dont know how blinks work

are you wiring the blink directly to the transformer via new wires or are you connecting to the old bell push wires [ in series]

does the blink need power from the wire to work ??
if so its sharing the power in series with the bell so the bell will now get half or less than before
as i say i havent got a clue how these things work

what do the instructions say ??
