Bloody Ideal boilers!!

Sent an Engineer from Suffolk to SE London today to fit a PCB to a Mexico 36HE, when he arrived he fitted board, but on reading the scrap of paper of an instruction manual, he found in the small print that when fitting a new PCB to a 36HE you need a new Display panel as well... guess what, we hadn't got one! why the hell can't ideal print this on the box, or at best tell you this when you order the part ?? too helpful i suppose

120 wasted miles & 3 hours travel AND we've got to do it again next week
