Look for signs of a water leak getting an electrical part wet. This might be the pump or it could be inside the boiler.

You will probably need a heating engineer if it is not something obvious and simple. If it is new call back the installer.

is it a combi boiler? or do you have a water cylinder?

JohnD: there's a clue here about how apparently HW works, but heating faults.
