Yesterday, boiler started making noises like pressure cooker ..wouldnt switch off and steam was coming out expansion tank pipe. At same time checked rads and hall and bedroom were cold..others red hot. Switched system off to cool, turned boiler down to low. Relit later and it appeared to work normally, but still 2 rads cold. Today same thing 2 rads cold, but ive just looked in boiler window and when burners turn off i have 2 flames (1 pilot and 1 from nearest burner to pilot) but its a smaller flame than when burners are lit?

Are all these connected or 2 seperate problems? It all worked ok until yday. Is it dangerous to use?

Switch boiler off and get a heating engineer (better to get someone who repairs them instead of fitting) to investigate and fix
