Boiler fault: Ariston clas he 38

Hello

I am looking for help with error code 612 on an Ariston Clas HE 38 FF boiler. It has stopped working and will not reset.

I think that "600" faults are air intake/flue outlet faults but that one does not seem to be specifically listed.

In any case gas/flue/combustion faults need a registered engineer.

So apart from checking the flue is not obstructed outside I think that you may have to call someone.

Ariston are not everyone's favourite. They have independent service agents listed on their web site.
