Hi,

A neighbour has just installed a condensing boiler in his side wall pointing towards my house at ground floor level. What is the minimum distance from the flue exit point to my boundary according to regs? My house wall is on the boundary.

But if the plume of steam is causing you distress then the owner of the boiler is obliged to rectify using a flue management kit or other means contact your local council fo advice - this is a very common problem these days! ;)

If the house is on the boundary there shouldn't be anything on/in the wall that would cause the OP distress.

Perhaps a pic or two showing the problem.
