I’m planning a single storey extension, where the wall is going to be directly opposite our boiler flue pipe.
The roof line is going to be approx 300mm higher than the flue and approximately 700-800mm from it..is this acceptable or will I get told off by the heating engineer next time he does the annual service??

It's ok. Minimum of 600 from a wall. I'd definitely deflect the exhaust with a plume kit though. The moisture & ph level will damage the facing wall.
