Hello All, Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get a 45deg elbow to fit on the outside end of the flue of my Valiant turbo max boiler.

I am having a conservatory built and wish to divert the flue gasses away from the new glass roof. The flue is 62mm outside dia.
Regards J

Never heard of one for a turbomax.

How close is it to the conservatory?

If it has the minimum distance from a corner, 300mm, then it should not be a problem. Or perhaps the conservatory has been built too close to the flue

Vaillant turboMAX is not a condenser.

Therefore it not compatible with flue VTK.

It can also not be fitted with any flue, 45 bends or otherwise, outside the curtilage of the outside wall of your property.

Assuming you have a horizontal std flue terminal, your only option is to move the flue (with or without the boiler) to terminate somewhere else.

Any other modifications would result in rendering the unit unsafe.
