Boiler install - what work is recommended?

What is the difference between a good and bad boiler install?

i.e. what should I be asking my installer if he is doing/using?

Also what is people's experience of poor installs leading to faults - what goes wrong and why? is it always sediment in the pipes?

Get your system as clean as possible.

Ask the installer how he is going to it.
