Boiler is filling directly

Hi all looking for a bit of help me boiler is filling even when the filling taps are not on and is draining when I use the hot water within seconds any ideas? Also I have a water heater that is constantly filling in my kitchen also these problems have just happened today?

You've explained a bit but told us nothing about your boiler type, system etc.

you sure its installed correctly . emptying with hot tap on suggests something teed in wrong same as filling with loop off disconnected on a new boiler
