boiler leak

hi there peeps,i have a leak on my boiler ,it is a baxi 105e ,abuot 6 years old and is leaking from the union of divertor valve and diaphram housing just where it is secured by grub screw on underside,am i c orrect in thinking that the problem is the divertor valve and not diaphram unit
all help appreciated as want it sorted in time for winter

If you drain both sides of the boiler, remove the grub screw/s and remove the diaphragm housing, you should be able to see whether the leak is from the diaphragm or the Diverter valve, the easiest way is to replace the whole thing TBH ;)
 
Agreed. If you only replace the one side sure as eggs is eggs you will need to replace the other soon......
