Boiler leaking flow isolation tap

We've noticed the central heating flow isolation elbow tap is leaking, it appears to be near where the black lever is, near where you open and close the valve.

Can this be repaired? Or does the complete valve need replacing? and if so does anyone please know what the part number would be please

I saw that one too but I couldn't locate it either.
The part quoted is common to many Baxi/Potterton/Main boilers...they may have rationalised the stock.
Might have to take a punt.
What does the return valve look like?
