Boiler magnet filter drain plug snapped in two pieces - is it repairable?

I have a Worcester Greenstar 4000 with a Worcester Greenstar Mini Magnet Filter. I was trying to clean the filter by first opening up the bottom nut to drain the water out but, this ended up being really tight and I ended snapping the nut in two, with half of the nut still in the filter somewhat keeping the water in with some leaks (see the attached images).

Is it possible for the nut to be taken out from the inside of the filter or something? I know there are replacement nuts/parts that can be bought (https://www.theheatxchange.co.uk/wo...n7wv-yLaArRs8WyqGWeYZb9VBK073tKpqRzmILmYn9p2h). I'm just really annoyed as it's a very odd repair (if it's even possible) and I worry that whole filter will have to be replaced instead which will be expensive.

Update: The screw/ plug had a small unthreaded potion (see from above link) that protruded a bit inside of the filter after the magnet was taken out. It was possible to grip on to the small end of the half broken screw from inside the filter using flat pliers. Luckily I don't have to dish out £150 for a new filter and can buy a replacement screw for a tenth of the price.

Are you sure it’s snapped? Check the underside of the small metal part for a thread. I don’t think that drain plug is the correct part.

Yep it was snapped into two but luckily I managed to get the other part of the screw out from inside the filter using flat pliers
