Hi

I hope someone can help. I have recently had a gas Combi Boiler moved in my utility room as part of an extension. Its been moved a couple of meters, to another wall. Can some please tell me if I need a certificate from the engineer to say its been installed correctly. The building inspector has not asked for one but I’m guessing that we need something to say that it has been installed correctly and to regulations. Is that right?

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks!
Simon

If the installer notified it, then there should be a building regulations compliance certificate, not sure if that goes to installer or yourself though (n)

if it’s the one who did your radiator though, wouldn’t hold much hope
