Hi all -

Planning a kitchen extension and got a few different boys out to quote. I've got a gas meter annoyingly right where a wall needs to run, and it needs moving a meter or so. I've had half of the lads say they or a gas specialist they use can move it and the other half say only our gas supplier can move it (in our case West Wales Utilities). I have phoned West Wales Utilities who have said they can't comment on the job details until I start an application, which involves me having to pay for the job upfront (at a nice hefty price)! So I'm hoping some of you fine folk can help me at least clear up if I do indeed need them to move it for me?

Thanks!
