Boiler not turning on after fitting tado

Hello

I recently got my tado thermostat, called up their customer service for fitting instructions, because my old timer wasn't on their website, and after wiring tado to the boiler, the boiler won't turn on at all. No lights. I've checked the wires, and the boiler is getting mains voltage.

Anyone got any ideas on how i can diagnose whats wrong?

Without seeing where/how you have connected it to your boiler I cannot make any guesses.

Hi tony,

The model name is tado, theres only one.
I've connected mains like to boiler mains in (L3). I have connected L2 to H(circle) on tado and L1 to live on tado and neutral to N on tado. I'm aware this isn't much use, because tado don't put wiring diagrams online. I called tado, and they said they're going to call out an installer, I'll see what he says.
