Help,
We have moved into a new property last week and the boiler, when switched on to hot water starts when the hot tap turned on, but after 30 sec of operation goes into "Boiler shut down warning"
We have tried: Turning the temperature down and then only turning the water on slowly(low volume) and the reverse.
Tried with the central heating on and off.
There is a electrical descaler fitted.
All the above has not cured the problem, When the hot tap is turned the boiler lights and then goes off. this problem occurs 8times out of 10 tries.
On the times that it works we have a good amount of hot water.
