I have a Boilermate 2000 which keeps blowing a fuse on the Appliance Control Board. The board has been "buzzing" lately and has got progressively worse over a number of weeks then the fuse blew. 2 guys came to fix it, charged me over £100 to replace a 2A fuse. It has been ok for about 3 weeks but has now gone again. I replaced the fuse and it blew immediately. Can anyone please help me?

No leaks anywhere. Pumps all working ok. I wondered whether the relay on the ACB was dodgy and could have blown the fuse.

How do you know the pumps are all OK if every time you put the 2amp fuse in it blows immediately?

I'm confused....

When I switch the Boilermate over to Emergency Hot Water and Heating I get both so I just assumed that all the pumps (there are 3 of them) are all working OK.

Is there a way I can check to see?

I appreciate your patience with me !!
