Boilermate 2000 draining

Need to add rad to house with a boilermate 2000 in .. Havent come across one of these before, any tips on draining refilling , or is there any way of adding rad without draining the system completely down , *&^@: big house,,,@:%$

Hire / borrow an electric pipe freezer.
Boilermate 2000 can sometimes be awkward to refill.

can you freeze plastic pipe??? how about co2 cylinder and jackets, electric kits expensive$
