My Boilermate 2000 shows all 3 red bars and 3 green LEDs on but we have no central heating and hot water. The header tank is full. The boiler works fine albeit no signal to switch on appears to be received from the Boilermate 2000. All 3 pumps appear fine but do not switch on. Thermostat for central heating clicks on/off when adjusted. Any ideas?

What boiler do you have heating the Boilermate? It may well be an issue. There's very little to "service" on a Boilermate.
The PCB's and sensors are fragile on these.
