Boilermate 2000 not hw

Hi all!

God I hope somone can help!

Ive moved 2 rads on an open vent system with a boilermate, had a blocked cold feed after fixing that and filling rads there is now no hw. When the tap is on the boiler fires clunks then stops firing.

Ive bled pumps and boiler and still nothing.
