So this morning the wife has a hot shower no problem, but then runs the bath for the kids and complains of no hot water. I've removed the front from the BM to take a look an the store temperature is down to 30 something degrees, which would clearly explain the lack of hot water, but the boiler appears to be running fine, the boiler pump is running, so how did the store get to such a low temperature????

One thing I did notice was that even 10 minutes after the hot tap was turned off the dhw pump was still running. Is this correct, I thought this should only run when a hot tap was on?

Any suggestions as to where I should start with my fault finding would be a big help....
