Boilers and hot water

Renovating a 3 storey Victorian House (been empty for 20 years) so a new heating system needs to be installed. We will be turning this home into a B&B with 4 on-suites 1 bathroom, kitchen and utilty. assuming that there could be a high demand for hot water in the mornings, what kind of system would work well. I have searched high and low, and just as I think this will do something else comes into play.

Any help would be welcome.

I have had a a couple plumbers round, all had different ideas. Guidence is what is needed.

It depends on a few things really:
-whats the water flow like to the property?
-Whats the maximum amount of water requirement at any one time?
-Whats kind of gas supply have you to the property? I would assume just a standard U6 meter and domestic sized pipework?

An excellent solution would be 2(or 3?) Rinnai infinity water heaters in parallel, but this would require excellent water flow and probably a commercial sized gas supply.
A large unvented could operate with a standard boiler on a domestic gas supply but would still need excellent water pressure and flow
A normal boiler and a large vented cylinder with pump wouldn't have any special requirements but has some downsides

Option 2 seems to generally be the most popular due to costing issues. Depending on where you are though you may need to invest to provide adequate water flow.

Water supply, pressure wise is good.
Maximum water requirement could be 4 showers on at the same time, plus kitchen use, especially in the morning.
Property has been empty for 20years, the incoming steel pipe looks 25mm, the gas meter looks dated.

I would like good pressure on the hot water as I wish to put in power showers. Am I looking at water storage tanks?
