Bolier setting during winter absence

Hello

I have a combi boiler with a timer for CH and DHW. I will be away for about 3 weeks and I was wondering how should I set the boiler during this absence. Should I use the timer to turn it on at certain times of the day with a low temperature setting? Or should I let it completely inactive (without switching off completely the power anyway)?

Leave it on 24 hours a day with the room stat set low
