Bonding Agent for Driveway

Just Finished Laying a Drainage Network of 4" Pipes
in fromt of our house and along the access track
its a large area and has now been covered in Subbase stone
I have 30 Tonnes of 20 - 5 Aggregate being delivered next week and
we plan to lay this over the entire area at a depth of 3 to 4 "
Is there any product that will " Stick " this top stone together
or is there any need for it at all.
The Sub Base is compacted down so could i do the same with the top stone

Any advice guys ?

compaction should be fine . theres nothig that would stick it together
