Bonding copper pipes joined by plastic isolation valve?

I have an outdoor garden tap supplied from my kitchen mains supply. It has a gate valve as an isolator which does not work well. I wish to replace it with a plastic isolation valve (see photo).
The piping from the isolation valve to the outdoor tap will be going vertically through the back wall into the garden and not going into the ground. On the supply side under the kitchen sink, the pipes are already bonded.
Question: Should I put bonding around both sides of the new plastic isolation valve to ensure that the copper pipe downstream from the plastic isolation valve is bonded? See photos to see the situation. Many thanks for any advice.

Thanks for the clear answer. If the pipe to the outdoor tap was to go into the ground, would bonding be required then? I am just trying to understand the rules.
Yes, possibly.

Parts are not bonded in order to earth them but they are bonded because they are earthed somewhere other than the supply earth.
