Bonding MWC

When you install main or equipotential bonding, you fill in a MWC right?
But wher do you put your reading to prove continuity? Surely just ticking earth continuity is not acceptable
 
Personally I dont see the need to issue any certificate for the installation of bonding.
 
I fill out MWC, although like RF, I feel it is uneccessary.

in the EFL box, I put the resistance between MET & bond.
