BOSCH CLASSIXX 1200 EXPRESS WASHING MACHINE PROBLEM

Hi there,

I wonder if anyone can help. We have a Bosch Classixx front loading washing machine, and just recently the fabric conditioner seems to remain in the tray at the end of the cycle.

I've cleared the drain hose and pump and pulled out the filter and cleaned it but the conditioner still doesnt go into the machine.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Common fault on all newish washing machines with cold feed only. Cause is mould building up in the dispenser lid, it's pretty much a sealed unit so would be best to replace but can be taken apart and cleaned if you can remove it. Remove Lid,facia,metal bar and unclip from lower half of dispenser unit the 2 hoses from the valves will also need to be removed.
