I have had this dishwasher for about a month and a half (model SGS45C02GB) ... I know its in warranty but really dont want to wait for an engineer unless absolutely have to as many people in house and hand washing has proven to be problematic after our mealtimes
Its not heating the water, and showing water check. With this last attempt the stuff in the top tray didnt even get wet. The detergent dispenser door remained shut. The timer remains within a 2 mintute range of where it started OR even adds a few minutes on. When I reset the programme the water does drain however.
Any ideas or suggestions before I make the call and pull up my sleeves?
