Bosch Easy Control Stat Problem

Hi All, Having a small problem with the above thermostat. We recently had a new router installed and while the stat seems to connect to the wifi it is showing no internet access (world with red line through it) but is showing in the router as connected hence we cant use the app as it wont connect to the Bosch server. I read somwhere that the stat dosent like 5ghz wifi, so I turned it off on the router just to see if it works, it still dosent seem to want to connect to the Bosch server, i even seperated the 2.4 and 5 ghz wifi and gave the 5ghz a new SSID, also tried a soft reset of the stat, still no joy, what am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Just to rule things out, you could rename the 2.4GHz SSID, and then try reconnecting the stat with the new name?
