Drayton Wiser system problem

Hi guys. My phone app is flagging up connection problems. When I press the reset button on the hub which controls the boiler no temporary network appears on my phone? The main non radiator thermostat is showing an animated WiFi symbol only. No temperature or other settings? Am I about to buy a new hub? Thanks..

Not sure how to successfully video this problem, but I'm getting somewhere. I have the Drayton WiFi enabled. All my radiators have vanished from the app and radiator pairing doesn't work..

I have Wiser.
Have you tried contacting support? They are usually pretty good.

You could try a hub factory reset

I've not had a reply from support. I guess the factory reset is next. I'm pleased it's not mid winter!
