We bought a
BOSCH TDS3525GB Sensixx B35L Iron and it leaks everytime we try to use it?
We fill the water (not over full) for steam, and as the Iron warms up it leaks water out of the base holes all over the stand/appliance and all over the floor? This obviously (as its for steam), is very hot and can scald when standing, about to Iron, let alone damage and soak the floor.
Surely this isn't right?
Can you give us any insight as to what might be happening or what is going wrong as we can't use this in its present state, as its very dangerous.
Is it something daft and stupid that we aren't doing right?
I shall contact Bosch also, but any help would be great.
