Pack the empty joints with slate/mortar. Check again in a few months or so to see if the supporting wall is dropping further.

I cant open your video but what I can see is what looks like a bearing knee wall with a wall plate, & its not looking good.
As above the blockwork & plate appear to be loose.
Is this some kind of recent work? Some more pics & information might help?

Looks like someone has already packed an empty joint with slate/tile and the wall has dropped even further.
