Breaking into a soil pipe with an inspection chamber

I have to join into a soil pipe that runs down the side of my house with an inspection chamber so I can 'T' into it.. the question is, the existing pipe is about 1.5 meters deep.. how do you get the pipe into the new base unit?..

Can you get them with connections that push down the pipe and then back over the joint so you just cut a section of pipe out and slot the base in?..

As there will be no way of pushing them into the usual fixed connection?...
