I had an external outhouse built in my back garden - was meant to be my office.
The build seemed to be sooo simple! There was nothing to it!
- Make a concrete base.
- Make the breeze block walls.
- Make a roof using timber.
- Make stud walls to insulate.
- Add plasterboard over.
- Add windows and doors - not sure how best to do that part - but it can't be rocket science?
(They also ran an electric line from the house. That part I'm not sure about.)
Am I missing something?
Just wondering... what would the cost of the above be? To replace a standard size shed?
No insulation needed.
My guess is that the cost is less than one of those fancy wooden out houses?
Would love to know.
