Hi i have recently hade a garage built and the walls are made of breeze blocks but my builder is a d*ck and does not do things quickly, as a result my walls have not been painted with masonary paint. Its been like this for months now i want to know that if one of my walls are getting so wet that the water goes through it will it get badly damaged or can it handle it, and i said one wall becoz my builder has still not fixed on a gutter yet so when it rains one side gets so wet. Thanks.

Fortunately blocks of this nature are full of air so the frost is not likely to damage them.

Simply getting wet wont make a difference to the blocks but there may be some cracking when they dry out.

Were they laid wet?
